Legrand, a leading provider of electrical wiring devices and home systems, has announced the availability of their line of new Pass & Seymour (P&S) Portable GFCIs.
The new line is comprised of five models: Right-Angle Plug GFCI, In-Line Portable GFCI, Cord Set GFCI, Adapter Plug GFCI and the Box Unit GFCI. All models meet the latest requirements of the UL GFCI standard, NEC®, and OSHA 1926.404 standards and are available in either 15A or 20A models.
P&S Portable GFCIs have a rugged polycarbonate housing that is able to stand up to impact and extensive usage and provide the necessary protection in a wide-range of applications. These include power tools, high-pressure power washers, wet vacuums and grounds-keeping equipment, spas and hot tubs, vending machines and portable signs, amongst others. Both automatic and manual reset models are available.
Due to their water-resistant design the In-Line, Cord Set, Right Angle, and Box GFCIs are rated for outdoor use.
