The Life Safety Code states that, following a power failure, backup lighting must provide 90 minutes of outdoor illumination with an average of 1 ft candle, and a minimum of .1 ftcandle. LBACKUP is up to the task, with the efficiency of LED.

LBACKUP contains a UL 924 listed emergency lighting power supply that ensure the light stays on, even when the building loses power. Plus, it eliminates the need for wiring to an external backup system.

A cold weather battery option is available for applications in colder climates, where the temperatures go below freezing. This enables LBACKUP to function flawlessly in temperatures as low as -20° C.

WPLED36 is the equivalent to the 175W MH, and the FFLED18 is equivalent to the 70W MH. Using the LED technology with your outdoor backup lighting allows for smaller, less costly batteries.
